Made on the over sized pattern, bigger than the normal size, but not as big as the true Up River birds.  Great condition in original paint.  Small piece of putty filler missing on top of head, knot in wood on bottom that was filled with putty when bird was made.  Original lead weight, leather line tie.  Copper gunners tag for Harvey D Abel III, Columbia, Pa.  Signed and dated in electro pen, R Madison Mitchell. Havre de Grace Md 1952
